Tour the city of Kigali, spend a day with the orphaned Rwandan children at the Sonrise School, travel to meet the coffee growers and farmers in Bukonya whose commitment to excellence in coffee has brought dignity and hope to this country. Finish your expedition by visiting the courageous and entrepreneurial widows of Inyakurama, women that have been instrumental in the recovery of their community and the nation of Rwanda.

Important Update:

Land of a Thousand Hills is no longer accepting applications for their Rwandan Excursions departing: May 23 or June 3. Space is available on the revised departure date of June 18th. Interested parties will be joining staff and other partner church members to visit and minister to the Rwandans that Land of a Thousand Hills coffee serves. Included in the itinerary will be specific visits with the farmers of Bukonya, children of Sonrise School and the widows of Inyakurama. Trips are 11 days long including travel time and travelers are encouraged to extend their stay if they choose.
